Practicalities and such for speakers

If you need to contact Ole, especially on the day, please send txt message to +45 28305589

Feel free to send some sort of message when you have arrived safely in Denmark or at the venue (if you are local).

  • You can upload your slides here: Presentation folder
  • We have tech staff at hand. Here is what they prefer:
    • Your presentation monday morning at the latest in Powerpoint format with embedded fonts.
  • We know that not all of you can deliver that.
    • Can I use my own computer on stage? Yes, but it has it’s limits. If it messes up, we can’t help you.
    • Can I use Keynote? Yes, if you must.
    • Can I use Google presentation? Yes – then make it sharable and share it with us.
    • Can I use PDF? – yes, that is great, that is like using powerpoint. Then you have full control over the appearance.
    • If you have videos and sound, let us know. We like to test it before the show.
  • If we run the presentation, you get a clicker.
  • You get a headset, go to tech 10 mins before your talk.
  • There will be a monitor in front of you that shows your current slide  and there is a count down timer.
  • The screen is BIG, but be carefull with small text or too busy slides none the less.
  • We really like to share your content with the attendees – so please prepare a shareble version or have it ready the next morning. Preferably in PDF format. Attendees always want the content.

All international speakers stay the The Square hotel, just 100 meters from the venue. Just arrive and state your name.

  • There are 120 attendees registered in 2026 (including you).
  • The entire event will be in english.

The venue is called “Industriens Hus” it is located on the central town square of Copenhagen. On the tuesday, just walk in at pick up your name tag.

All speakers have 30 minutes speaking slot. Please practice and spend that amount of time 🙂

Check the website agenda to see when you are on.

After that, there are up to 10 minutes of Q&A. Ole will enter the stage and moderate questions taken from the audience via Menti.com (online voting, Q&A etc.)

In 2026 Ole will start by asking all speakers about AI. You may prepare an answer (“What is the biggest potential for CRO and experimentation with AI?”)

You are all invited to go for dinner with Ole / crew after the event. Agenda ends at 16.30, then there are drinks and networking (about an hour). We meet up for food 19.00 – meanwhile some can freshen up at the hotel, other can grab a beer.

Please understand that this dinner is invitation only by Ole. So please no friends or attendees unless this is cleared with Ole (other years some people tag along and we don’t really want that).

The conference will cover your travel expences, unless you have agreed otherwise. The best is an invoice for the Conference, but we can also just reimburse you privately.
